In patients with obvious abdominal pain, CT has a good diagnostic value for pancreatitis, the grading meets international standards, and is better than MRI in observing glandular calcification and pancreatic duct stones in chronic pancreatitis; 2. MRI is better than CT in observing the relationship between tumors and surrounding anatomical structures and blood vessels, while pancreatic duct and bile duct dilatation can be observed through MRI cholangiopancreatography.
