Pulmonary artery diameter 19. Is that normal?

A pulmonary artery diameter of 19mm is normal.
An internal diameter of the pulmonary artery of 12-29mm is generally considered normal. <Pulmonary artery stenosis is generally considered to be <12mm, and pulmonary artery thickening is considered to be >29mm. However, due to individual variability, the internal diameter of the pulmonary arteries also varies.
Pulmonary artery stenosis is most commonly seen in hereditary or inflammatory diseases, congenital pulmonary stenosis, tetralogy of Fallot, and rheumatologic diseases. Mild pulmonary stenosis can be asymptomatic. Moderate stenosis or symptoms such as chest tightness require early treatment and, if necessary, surgery.
Thickening of the pulmonary arteries can be seen in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, interstitial fibrosis, atrial septal defect or ventricular septal defect. If there is thickening of the pulmonary artery, it is necessary to further measure the pressure of the pulmonary artery, to clarify the cause of the disease, and to standardize the treatment in a timely manner.
