How to treat bronchitis

Bronchitis, also known as acute thoracic rib pain, is caused by insufficient or no preparatory activities before strenuous activities. Most of the bouts are caused by diaphragm spasm, such as lifting heavy objects, pushing, climbing, carrying heavy objects, moving too fast, etc. Improper force and excessive force can cause bouts, mostly in the right lower ribs. The bronchitis can also be caused by low participation in sports activities, excessive cold weather, large amount of sweating, and lower chlorine and potassium content in the body, which are allergic bronchitis. Bronchitis is manifested as stuffiness and pain in the chest, which is larger in size, and the pain increases when breathing, and becomes severe when coughing or turning over, with a feeling of top pressure and pins and needles, etc. There are no signs such as redness, swelling, pressure pain, etc. Imaging examination can be done to exclude organic lesions. The treatment of bruxism is to reduce the amount of exercise and to continuously press the area where the pain occurs, which is the correct way to deal with it. This can usually be relieved very quickly, and should not be forced to hold on. If you still insist on high-intensity exercise, the increasingly intense pain will eventually make you give up, and it is not the intensity and difficulty of the movement that defeats you, but the bronchitis. Also change the table shallow breathing, deepen breathing, inhale slowly and deeply, exhale hard outward, so that you can suck in a lot of air to meet the need for oxygen during exercise, so that the respiratory muscles relaxed to eliminate pain. If the pain is still not eliminated, you can hold your breath after deep breathing, knock hard on both sides of the chest or the painful area under the ribs, and then slowly take a few deep breaths. Repeat several times can make the respiratory muscle gradually relax and the spasm is relieved. For a sports person, before strenuous exercise, we should do sufficient preparatory activities, especially we should do more exercises of trunk movement and more exercises of flexion and extension of respiratory muscles to prevent the occurrence of bronchitis due to the fast contraction of respiratory muscle frequency. In the cold environment, try to use the nose to breathe, if the mouth to breathe as much as possible half-open mouth, air from the teeth into the mouth, to prevent the cold air into the respiratory tract over-stimulation and induce the occurrence of “bronchitis”. When doing physical work or carrying heavy objects, avoid excessive force at the beginning, first adaptive force, and then available full force. Whether it is sports or physical labor, attention must be focused.
