3. Measles: this disease is caused by measles virus infection, is an acute respiratory infectious disease, can be transmitted by droplet transmission, close contact, highly contagious, the main manifestations of fever, more than 38 ℃, fever 3 ~ 4 days after the rash and other symptoms.
