How to prevent coronary heart disease

Reasonable diet, quit smoking and limit alcohol, moderate exercise, control obesity and psychological balance are the main measures to prevent coronary heart disease. 1.Reasonable diet: require a reasonable diet structure and balanced nutrition. According to the recommendations of the Chinese Nutrition Society: (1) drink 1 bag of milk containing 250 mg of calcium daily, calcium supplementation can help reduce the onset of hypertension and coronary heart disease and prevent osteoporosis. The traditional diet in China is generally deficient in calcium, which should attract attention. (2) Daily intake of 250 to 290 grams of sugar, equivalent to 300 to 350 grams of staple foods, obese people can be reduced to 150 to 200 grams of discretion. (3) 3 portions of high-protein food per day, each including: 50 grams of lean meat or 1 large egg, or 100 grams of tofu, or 1 chicken leg, or 100 grams of fish, chicken, duck. (4) coarse and fine grains with the taste of not sweet and not salty, the daily intake of salt 5-7 grams in the diet is good. (5) Should not be full. This means eating three or four meals under total control, with each meal being seven or eight minutes full, which is conducive to the prevention and treatment of diabetes, hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease. Can not eat only two meals a day, binge eating is strictly prohibited, so as not to cause angina and myocardial infarction. (6) eat oil. Coronary heart disease patients, eat vegetable oil is more appropriate, such as sesame oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, rice bran oil, etc., they contain oleic acid, linoleic acid and other unsaturated fatty acids, can make the blood cholesterol content lower. The linoleic acid, linoleic acid and other substances contained in vegetable oil, after refining, can also be used for the treatment of atherosclerosis drugs. As for animal oil, if there is no cardiovascular disease, especially for teenagers, it is good to eat some appropriately because animal oil such as fatty pork, lard, beef oil and lamb oil contain a large amount of saturated fatty acids and a certain amount of cholesterol, which are nutrients for the human body and have a great effect on human growth and development. However, if you are a patient with coronary heart disease, you should limit consumption appropriately, because although animal oils do not contain a lot of cholesterol, but saturated fatty acids can raise the cholesterol in the serum, which is not conducive to the recovery of coronary heart disease. (7) Fruits, vegetables and others. Consume 500 grams of fruits and vegetables daily, and of course vegetables can be cooked in moderate amounts of vegetable oil. Such a recipe, protein, vitamins, minerals, fiber can be guaranteed, and calories are adjusted according to body weight itself. Fruits such as apples, grapes, citrus and green vegetables are beneficial. Foods that can lower cholesterol include soy products, apples, grapes, onions, garlic, ginger, seaweed, mushrooms, first clover, sour milk, etc. 2, sports and exercise: in the city, go out in the car, work in the office, rest time to watch TV, many people lack physical activity or exercise, the elderly and obese overweight people because of physical discomfort, or bone and joint pain more reluctant to activities. Many studies have proved that the prevalence of coronary heart disease is 2 times less in people with exercise habits than in those who are sedentary and do not exercise; coronary heart patients walk an average of 3 kilometers a day, and after a year, 45% of the patients showed by coronary angiography that the atherosclerotic plaque of coronary arteries had receded, while most of those without exercise remained stable and did not progress. Moderate exercise also helps regulate blood lipid levels, increasing HDL and lowering cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL. The safest and most effective method of exercise is walking. Generally more than 4 times a week, 30 to 60 minutes each time, at least 3 times a week will have a significant fitness effect. This is important for the preventive care, treatment and rehabilitation of the disease. 3, quit smoking and limit alcohol: smoking is harmful to health, 25% of coronary heart disease deaths are caused by smoking, should be strongly advocated, the implementation of smoking cessation. Moderate drinking means that women should drink no more than 1 glass of alcohol per day (equivalent to 360 ml of beer containing 3.5% alcohol) and men no more than 2 glasses. But generally do not advocate drinking alcohol to protect the heart, it is recommended to drink as little as possible or not to drink alcohol. 4, psychological balance: in the prevention of coronary heart disease psychological factors occupy an extremely important position, psychological and emotional stability can counter all the adverse effects of adverse factors. In recent years, a study in the United States proved that mental stress increases the heart’s demand for oxygen, while reducing the blood supply to the heart, they are almost three times more likely to suffer heart disease or die compared to patients without mental stress. Then it is especially important to keep an open mind and a relaxed mood, and to establish a “selfless heart and wide world” outlook on life. 5, regular medical checkups: Regular medical checkups, once a year, are essential for the health care of healthy people, especially for middle-aged and elderly people or children or adolescents with a family history of cardiovascular disease should undergo regular comprehensive health checks, including electrocardiograms and lipids, to detect certain hidden heart diseases and other latent pathologies at an early stage in order to prevent them from occurring.
