In general, night work is not recommended for chronic liver disease. Patients with chronic liver disease are recommended to have a reasonable diet, avoiding the intake of cold, stimulating, hard and spicy foods, such as fried chicken, beer, hot and spicy, etc.; the diet should be light, and eat more easy-to-digest foods, such as millet porridge, etc.; they should try to avoid smoking, drinking a lot of alcohol, staying up too late, and other bad habits, and develop the habit of going to bed early and waking up early to strengthen the workout.
