  The generic name of Polivivir is clopidogrel, which is an antiplatelet aggregation drug. Note if the patient has bleeding disorders, especially stomach bleeding, ulcers, intracranial bleeding, etc. For patients taking Polivic, they should review their coagulation function regularly, and also they should pay attention to whether there are bleeding spots on their skin, whether their gums bleed easily, whether their stools turn black, etc.  In addition, the side effects of Polivic include: gastrointestinal discomfort, such as abdominal pain, indigestion, constipation or diarrhea; skin discomfort, such as rash, maculopapular rash, erythematous rash, urticaria and pruritus; central and peripheral nervous system symptoms, such as headache, dizziness and abnormal sensation; hematologic damage, such as leukopenia and granulocyte deficiency.  Bolivar should be taken regularly under the supervision of a specialist.
