Milk: As the normal tissue area of the liver decreases due to liver fibrosis, the original ability to produce protein decreases, so it is necessary to supplement the diet with enough high-quality protein. Drink 150-300 ml per day. Hot drinks are preferred. Avoid eating diet 1, avoid greasy food; 2, avoid spicy and stimulating food; 3, avoid sticky and hard food; 4, avoid fried food. Small pepper: fatty meat contains relatively high cholesterol and fat, which will increase the burden on the liver. Animal offal is also better to eat less.
