1. Acute diffuse otitis externa: usually due to various causes of inflammation of the skin and subcutaneous tissues of the external auditory canal, the patient is mostly manifested as burning discomfort in the ear, distension and pain inside the ear, swelling of the ear canal, discharge from the ear canal, etc., which may be accompanied by headache, fever and other systemic symptoms.
2. Acute otitis media: usually caused by bacterial and viral infections, patients often show symptoms such as children (pain inside the ear), tinnitus, hearing loss, etc., which may be accompanied by systemic symptoms, such as diarrhea, vomiting, and high fever.
3. Malignant tumor of the ear: mainly caused by malignant tumors of the outer ear and middle ear, at first, it will show symptoms such as swelling and pain in the ear, bleeding inside the ear, hearing loss, etc. With the development of the disease, it will show throbbing pain and tingling sensation deep inside the ear, and even vertigo and facial paralysis.
