Zelin (Amoxicillin Granules) is available in 0.125g per packet and is mostly used in children. The specific usage is to give the drug per kilogram of body weight, the total amount is 20-40mg per kilogram of body weight per day, divided into 3 times, on average, 8 hours/times.
