Common white spots are mainly divided into the following categories: i. Vitiligo, an acquired pigment loss disease with unclear etiology. The main manifestation is the appearance of white spots with clear boundaries on the skin surface, which are easy to spread and have no self-perceived symptoms. Second, anemic nevus, is a congenital hypopigmented spot with unclear boundary. Third, anaplastic nevus, a congenital nevus without local melanocytes, with incomplete depigmentation of the white spot area and blurred and irregular edges. Idiopathic hypopigmented spots, often occurring in the elderly, are generally bean-sized white spots, which are slightly more depressed than normal skin. V. Mottled disease, a hereditary disease, generally appears in the fontanel area after birth sieve-shaped white spots.
