A hard pimple growing on the inner thigh is mostly seen in diseases such as folliculitis, lipoma and lymph node inflammation.
1. Folliculitis: the roots of the thighs are sweaty and moist, and if you don’t pay attention to hygiene, bacteria invade the hair follicles, resulting in localized red pimples. Further aggravation of the condition leads to inflammation of the entire hair follicle and the area around the follicle, which can lead to boils and hard bumps may appear locally.
2. Lipoma: The cause of lipoma has not been fully clarified, and it is considered to be related to the stimulation of long-term chronic inflammation and genetic factors. Lipoma grows slowly and usually does not cause obvious symptoms. If the lipoma gradually increases in size, it may lead to the appearance of local hard lumps.
3. Inflammation of lymph nodes: there are lymph nodes at the root of thigh, which are relatively small and not easy to be touched under normal circumstances. Infectious factors affect the lymph nodes, resulting in swelling, and when touched with the hands, hard lumps may appear locally.
Hard lumps appear in the groin, it is recommended not to deal with it by yourself, you can go to the hospital to improve the relevant examination, according to different causes, give appropriate treatment.
