High estradiol can affect normal conception. Estradiol is an estrogen that begins to develop after menstruation, and the follicles secrete a certain amount of estrogen and have their first curve peak. After entering the luteal phase, the corpus luteum secretes a certain amount of estrogen, causing a second peak of estrogen secretion during the menstrual cycle, which is a normal physiological manifestation. Under normal physiological conditions, estradiol does not appear too high. In pathological conditions, high estradiol values are commonly associated with ovarian disease, heart disease, liver disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, and so on. It is recommended to go to the hospital for ultrasound and other related examinations to find the cause of the disease and treat the symptoms.
