Why does it bleed even if it’s not the first time?

Bleeding during intercourse is not normal if it is not the first time you have intercourse. In this case, we should consider that the bleeding may be caused by the patient’s vulva and vaginal wall being damaged due to too rough intercourse, the bleeding may be caused by gynecological inflammatory diseases, the bleeding may be caused by cervical lesions, etc. The exact cause of the bleeding must be determined by the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs. When a patient has bleeding during intercourse, the first thing that must be done is an internal gynecological examination to observe whether the bleeding is coming from the cervix or from the uterine cavity. Next, observe if there are any local organic lesions in the vulva, vagina and cervix. If the bleeding is from the cervix, screening for cervical cancer must be done. If the bleeding is from the uterine cavity, a gynecologic ultrasound or hysteroscopy should be done depending on the situation.
