Do lymph node calcifications require surgery?

Lymph node calcification does not usually require surgery. Lymph node calcification is a manifestation of a benign condition and generally has no significant effect on the body after calcification. In most cases, calcification of lymph nodes does not require surgery and is left to exist. However, if there are some parts of lymph node calcification that are uncomfortable, such as lymph node calcification in the lung or lymph node calcification in other places, in such cases, surgery may or may not be performed. Lymph node calcification is fundamentally different from lymphoma. Lymphoma usually has pain and a soft texture, while lymph node calcification usually has no pain and can be clearly seen in ultrasound or radiography.
