If the inflammation is caused by bacterial infection, antibiotics, such as cephalosporin, should be applied promptly. If the inflammation is caused by mycoplasma, the child should be given macrolides in a timely manner, and commonly used macrolides include erythromycin, roxithromycin, azithromycin and so on. For mycoplasma infection, the application of cephalosporin is not effective. Again, other culture tests are performed.
