Can varicocele heal on its own?

Varicose veins cannot be cured on their own and need to be treated aggressively. Varicose veins are often treated with general therapy, medication and surgery.
1. General treatment: General treatment includes diet and lifestyle modification (light diet, control of smoking and alcohol, avoidance of exercise that increases abdominal pressure), and physical therapy (scrotal support and cooling therapy).
2. Medication: The drug Myzolene (anti-septic, anti-inflammatory and protects collagen fibers) can be used, as well as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for pain relief, such as ibuprofen. Drugs should be applied under the guidance of a doctor.
3. Surgery: If the above treatments are ineffective and the symptoms worsen, laparoscopic surgery can be used to treat varicocele, which can significantly improve the semen quality and increase the pregnancy rate.
If varicocele exists, it is recommended to go to the regular hospital in time, standardized treatment, and strive for early recovery.
