The treatment of ligament-like fibromatosis is very complicated, mainly including drug therapy, chemotherapy and surgery. 1. Drug therapy: ligament-like fibroma is a kind of junctional soft tissue tumor, which can develop everywhere in the body. Systemic drug therapy can effectively relieve the growth of ligament-like fibroma and improve the clinical symptoms. First-line drugs mainly include anti-estrogens, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as tamoxifen, toremifene, triamcinolone acetonide and so on. 2. Chemotherapy: systemic chemotherapy can be adopted after the failure of ordinary drug treatment, and anthracyclines are often used. 3. Surgery: it is suitable for refractory ligamentous tumor and intra-abdominal ligamentous tumor, which can have good local control rate and recurrence rate after surgical resection. When ligament-like fibromatosis is diagnosed, standardized treatment should be followed and regular review should be conducted.
