High sensitivity troponin T should be called Troponin T. If it reaches 16.0ng/ml it is more serious and is considered to be related to cardiogenic diseases. Under normal circumstances troponin levels are very low, with reference normal values between 0 and 0.04 ng/ml, and a slight elevation is considered to be cardiac damage. If Troponin T reaches 16.0ng/ml, cardiac diseases such as acute myocardial infarction or viral myocarditis are considered. When suffering from acute myocardial infarction or viral myocarditis, patients are often accompanied by symptoms such as pain in the precordial region. If not treated promptly, patients may experience chest tightness, shortness of breath, dyspnea, etc., which may be life-threatening in severe cases. Troponin T will remain at a relatively high level for 1~2 weeks during acute infarction, and is one of the important auxiliary tests for diagnosing cardiac diseases such as acute myocardial infarction or viral myocarditis. If Troponin T levels are significantly higher, it is important to pay attention to them and take reasonable treatment under the guidance of a doctor to avoid aggravating the condition and jeopardizing the life of the patient.
