Long-term use of children can accelerate the metabolism of vitamin D, resulting in chondromalacia or bone abnormalities, pregnant women taking occasional teratogenic. It can inhibit the secretion of antidiuretic hormone and insulin to increase blood glucose, and is contraindicated in people with a history of allergy to beta-lactone ureas or cardiac impairment such as Asperger’s syndrome, Ⅱ to Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block, sinus node block, sinus bradycardia, and so on.
