Jumping rope spine pain may be caused by soft tissue injuries such as myofascia, or it may be caused by vertebral disease. 1. Soft tissue injury: the back of the spine is covered by a large number of muscles, fascia, fat and other soft tissue structures, responsible for the protection of the front of the spine, long-term strain or standing for a long time sitting and other factors, may lead to aseptic inflammation of these soft tissue areas. Jumping rope will cause tugging stimulation to these soft tissue areas, leading to the appearance of pain symptoms. 2. Vertebral disease: due to ageing, long-term strain, obesity and other reasons, the vertebral body may appear degenerative lesions or vertebral instability, causing compensation of soft tissues around the spine or producing pathological changes such as nerve compression. In the process of jumping rope, the pressure of the vertebral body increases due to gravity, causing the reappearance or further aggravation of the above pathologic changes, and pain symptoms appear. If the symptoms of spinal pain are not relieved after jumping rope, or accompanied by other symptoms, patients should go to the hospital in a timely manner to consult the doctor, and give targeted treatment after clarifying the cause.
