Location of Nei Ting and Man Xi points

The Nei Ting point is located on the dorsum of the foot at the red-white meatus behind the edge of the web of the toes between the 2nd and 3rd toes (the junction between the palm of the hand and the back of the hand, and between the heart of the foot and the back of the foot). The Man Xi point is located on the dorsum of the foot between the 4th and 5th metatarsal bones, at the red-white meatus behind the edge of the toe web. Nei Ting point is the Xing point of the Foot Yangming Stomach meridian and can be used to treat stomach pain, diarrhea, constipation, dysentery, fever, tooth pain, sore throat, swelling and pain on the back of the foot, and other conditions. Manxi is the Xing point of the Foot-Shaoyang Gallbladder meridian, which can be used to treat headache, dizziness, tinnitus, deafness, redness and swelling of the eyes, fever, dystocia (pain in the area of the ribs), and canker sores.
