Urinary urgency and small amount of urinary weakness, suggesting that the patient may have urinary tract infections, urethral calculi and other conditions, the male group should also consider prostate hyperplasia.
1. Urinary tract infection: due to various reasons such as bacteria, viruses and other pathogenic microorganisms invade the urinary system, resulting in urinary tract infection lesions. As the mucosa of the urinary tract is congested and edematous, the symptoms of urinary urgency, low volume and weakness may appear. The condition can be analyzed through urine routine and other tests.
2. Urethral calculi: mainly formed by smaller bladder stones detached from the bladder or some small stones falling from the bladder into the urethra after bladder stone lithotripsy treatment. As the stones in the urethra block the urethra, resulting in urine retention in the bladder, it will induce urinary urgency and volume of urine weakness.
3. Prostatic hyperplasia: Most common in middle-aged and elderly men, patients may have progressive urinary difficulties. With the enlargement of the prostate tissue, it will compress the urethra, and the situation of urinary urgency, low urine volume and weakness may occur. Diagnosis can be helped by anal examination and ultrasound of the prostate.
It is recommended that patients seek early medical attention to confirm the diagnosis of the condition and then targeted treatment.
