What causes a woman’s back to be cold

There are many reasons that lead to the coldness of a woman’s back, such as over-fatigue, cold stimulation, hypothyroidism, osteoporosis of the back and so on. 1. Excessive fatigue: prolonged labor or prolonged standing or sitting will cause fatigue injury to the muscles of the back, resulting in aseptic inflammation, affecting the blood circulation of the local tissues and leading to coldness and pain in the back. 2. Cold stimulation: If a woman’s back is exposed to a cold environment for a long time, it will cause the blood vessels in the back to contract, slowing down the blood flow and causing the back to become cold. 3. Hypothyroidism: Hypothyroidism can lead to metabolic disorders in the body, and abnormal metabolism can cause slow blood flow to the back, thus making the back feel cold and numb. 4. Osteoporosis of the back: Osteoporosis of the back will cause the bones of the back to lose calcium, which will result in insufficient nutrients for the muscles of the back, thus affecting the metabolism of the muscles of the back and leading to coldness of the back. When a woman has a cold back, she should go to the hospital in time to get a clear diagnosis and cause of the disease, and then get standardized treatment.
