Nodules in the lungs should be taken seriously in general and must be reviewed regularly. If the nodules are relatively large, they must be further examined to clarify their nature and take necessary and targeted treatment. There are many causes of nodules in the lungs, including inflammation, tuberculosis and tumors. If a dense nodule has formed calcification, it will not disappear. If the nodule is large and anti-inflammatory treatment is ineffective, it must be taken seriously and a lung puncture or bronchoscopy is required to obtain a clear diagnosis. If pathology cannot be obtained and the nature of the nodule cannot be determined, regular review may be considered. If the nodule grows significantly, it may be a tumor, in which case direct surgery may be considered. There are more causes of lung nodules, so don’t be too nervous once the nodules appear, and actively go to face and examine them, make a clear diagnosis and take targeted treatment.
