Drowsy head always want to sleep, accompanied by nausea may be cervical spondylosis, hypoglycemia, central vertigo, auricular vertigo and other causes.
1. 4. Otogenic vertigo: Commonly, there are inner ear lesions, vestibular neuropathy, vestibular neuritis and so on. It often leads to sudden dizziness, which may be accompanied by nausea. It lasts for a short period of time and can be recovered naturally, but it often recurs.
