Symptoms of perirenal fasciitis

Perirenal fasciitis is an aseptic inflammation of the muscles and fascia around the kidneys, and its symptoms are mainly diffuse soreness, heaviness and pain in the lumbar region, as well as muscle tension in the low back. The two sides of the waist and above the iliac crest are predominant, and the pain is characterized by soreness and pain in the lumbar region due to ischemia of the perirenal fascia in the morning. The pain is relieved by the increase of local blood flow after activity, and aggravated after exertion or when sleeping at night. Repeated episodes seriously affect the quality of life of patients, and the longer the course of the disease, the worse the treatment effect. Some patients may have anxiety, depression, irritability, insomnia and other clinical manifestations, and patients may have extensive pressure pain in the lumbar region, and painful striations may be palpable.
