Glomerulonephritis with proteinuria, hematuria, edema and hypertension as the main manifestations, usually need to test urine routine, blood biochemistry, serum immunology and other indicators.
1. Urine routine: urine occult blood and urine protein positive, 24-hour urine protein quantification is usually greater than 150mg/24h, urine erythrocyte microscopy often suggests that glomerulonephritis hematuria and so on.
2. Blood biochemistry: manifested as elevated blood creatinine, urea nitrogen, etc. Some patients may have elevated blood potassium and blood phosphorus levels.
3. Serum immunologic examination: such as acute nephritis C3 complement abnormality; acute glomerulonephritis anti-glomerular basement membrane antibody positive.
When glomerulonephritis is suspected, it is recommended that patients go to the hospital to complete the relevant examinations, to clarify the disease, and follow the doctor’s instructions to standardize the treatment.
