How to treat fibrous foci in the right upper lung

Fibrotic foci in the right upper lung are usually related to old lesions, silicosis, lung injury and other diseases, and can be treated with temporary observation, medication, surgery or other treatments depending on the cause of the disease.
1. Old foci: For example, if you have suffered from pneumonia or tuberculosis before, when your condition improves, you will be left with a scar, and you will find that you have pulmonary fibrotic foci through examination. If there is no other adverse reaction and no inflammatory infection, no special treatment is needed and temporary observation is enough.
2. Silicosis: If you live in a dusty environment for a long time, it may lead to damage of lung fibrous tissue, and lung fibrous foci will be found through examination. At present, we should take acetylcysteine and hanfenacin orally as soon as possible, which have anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidizing effects; if it belongs to the early stage, we can consider alveolar perfusion.
3. Lung injury: for example, previous lung surgery or trauma to the lungs may damage the lung tissue, and even if repaired, pulmonary fibrotic foci may remain.
There are many other factors that contribute to the fibrotic foci in the right upper lobe of the lungs, and it is now necessary to consult a doctor in time to analyze the cause of the disease, and then to regulate the treatment. In order to exclude malignant lesions, a puncture biopsy should be performed as soon as possible.
