The most serious kind of bleeding is bleeding from the tissues around the nose, especially when bleeding from certain parts of the skull comes out through the nostrils. Therefore, babies who fall on their heads and have bleeding noses should seek immediate medical attention to check the cause, identify the site of the bleeding, and then treat it aggressively according to the site of the bleeding.
