What is sinus rhythm ST-T abnormality?

Sinus rhythm is normal rhythm, ST-T abnormalities may be coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, myocardial infarction, and other types of cardiomyopathy.
1. Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease: often occurs in the elderly, ECG examination can see the changes of old myocardial infarction, or non-specific ST segment and T wave abnormalities.
2. Myocardial infarction: it is a common acute cardiovascular disease, and the ST segment of the leads facing the area of myocardial injury can be seen to be elevated upward on the back of the bow on the electrocardiogram, which can be accompanied by pathologic Q wave, T wave inversion, and so on.
3. Other types of cardiomyopathy: such as dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, myocarditis, etc., ST-T abnormality can also occur.
When ST-T abnormality occurs, timely diagnosis and treatment should be made to clarify the cause of the disease and carry out corresponding treatment to avoid delaying the condition.
