It is usually unscientific that gallbladder cancer can be cured in 30 months. At present, early gallbladder cancer can achieve a better prognosis through active and standardized treatment, but it cannot be completely cured and has the risk of recurrence and metastasis; however, in middle and late gallbladder cancer, the chance of clinical cure is small and the survival period is short. Gallbladder cancer is a malignant tumor with high degree of malignancy, and the overall clinical cure rate is very low, and there is no case of gallbladder cancer that can be cured by itself without surgery and drug treatment. After early stage gallbladder cancer patients are removed by radical surgery, the recurrence rate and metastasis rate after surgery are high; for middle and late stage gallbladder cancer patients, after distant metastasis, the survival rate is very low, and they are usually given adjuvant treatments, such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, etc., but the results are often not good. Patients with gallbladder cancer need to actively cooperate with doctors and carry out standardized and active treatment under doctors’ guidance, always believe in science, try to prolong the survival period and improve the quality of life.
