What’s the fever for teething?

Children who are teething may all have a fever because the tooth breaks through the gums, leading to an inflammatory reaction in the gums. But the fever temperature is not very high, in 38-39 ℃, individual may appear between 39-40 ℃. If the fever is low, between 37.4-38 ℃, do not need to actively give antipyretic treatment, drink more warm water, physical cooling can be. If the fever is 38-39℃, it belongs to the range of moderate fever, and it depends on how the child’s psychiatric symptoms are. If the mental condition is not good, to give rehydration fluid to reduce fever treatment. If the fever is high, to observe the child’s consciousness, may need to give intravenous rehydration to prevent dehydration.
