Shoulder Training Methods

Shoulder injuries are prone to cause pain. Patients should be encouraged to perform upper extremity abduction, supination, internal rotation, external rotation, forward flexion, backward extension, and circular rotation at an early stage, or finger wall climbing and hand-pulled scooter movements for shoulder joint exercise. The exercise method of finger wall climbing is mainly to let the patient stand sideways, close to the wall, draw a height sign on the top of the wall, use the fingers to approach the wall and move upward gradually. Through the shoulder joint abduction and upward movement, can be done 2-3 times a day, each time to do 5-6 minutes, the intensity of the activity can be gradually increased to the extent that the patient can withstand. The exercise method of hand-pulled pulley is to use the pulley lanyard, and the patient can drive the upper limb of the sick side with the upper limb of the healthy side to help the shoulder joint of the affected side to carry on the exercise activities. Exercise must pay attention to discretion, gradual, persistent, in order to get good results.
