There is no such thing as the nemesis of duodenal disease, and symptomatic treatment needs to be taken according to different causes. Common duodenal diseases are duodenal ulcer, duodenal diverticulum, duodenal polyp and duodenal tumor, etc., according to the cause of the disease to take omeprazole, thioglycollate and other drug treatment or surgical treatment.
1. Duodenal ulcer. The treatment of duodenal ulcer can choose the corresponding inhibition of gastric acid secretion, protection of gastric mucosa and eradication of Helicobacter pylori drugs. Commonly used are omeprazole, ranitidine, magnesium aluminum carbonate, aluminum thioglycollate, as well as amoxicillin, clarithromycin and so on. If the duodenal ulcer is perforated and bleeding, timely endoscopic or surgical treatment is needed.
2. Duodenal diverticula and duodenal polyps. Asymptomatic duodenal diverticula and polyps do not require special treatment. However, if recurrent diverticulitis occurs, or the polyp breaks and bleeds, conservative treatment can be chosen, such as the use of acid-suppressing drugs and drugs to promote gastric motility. For example, omeprazole, digestive enzymes, mosapride, etc., but conservative treatment is ineffective, but also need to carry out surgical treatment, such as intestinal segments or polypectomy.
3. Duodenal tumor. Surgery is preferred, and chemotherapy can be assisted if necessary. Commonly used chemotherapy drugs include gemcitabine, fluorouracil and so on.
