When a woman has a UTI and hematuria occurs, it is mainly when the infection is in the acute stage and the infection is more serious, the amount of bacteria as well as the virulence is more, it will produce congestion and edema of the urethral mucosa and the local submucosal vasodilation will cause the appearance of hematuria. This situation suggests an acute inflammatory course, and the patient should have a timely urine routine check, along with effective empirical anti-inflammatory symptomatic treatment. If treatment is not effective for about three days, a urine culture should be performed promptly and a sensitive antibiotic should be selected for effective treatment. Also during the treatment period, one should avoid staying up late, drinking alcohol, and conjugal life, which can aggravate the progress of the disease, and after the treatment, one should also have a urine routine review to assess the effectiveness of the treatment. In women with UTI, having regular conjugal life and staying up late can cause the disease to worsen and progress. If there is fever, back pain, nausea and vomiting, this condition may be an upstream infection causing pyelonephritis and should be promptly and effectively examined for clarification.
