The drug instructions labeled adverse reactions are unclear. Studies have shown that Shu Tendon Jian Waist Pill has good effects in the treatment of sciatica due to lumbar disc herniation with a low incidence of adverse reactions [1]. However, case reports have found that acute liver damage, manifested as nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, etc., may occur with Shuji Jianwa Wan; laboratory tests suggest liver function damage, manifested as elevated transaminases and elevated bilirubin.
