The right adnexal area with low density shadow is the description of imaging examination. The right adnexa includes ovaries and fallopian tubes, it is possible that cysts or masses in the adnexal area occurred in these two parts. It is recommended to look at the patient’s symptoms. If the patient has no obvious discomfort, a routine blood test and a serum tumor marker test can be done, as well as a gynecological examination to check whether the mass has pressure pain, whether the boundary is clear and how active it is. If the routine blood test indicates an increase in leukocytes or neutrophilia, and if there is pressure and pain in the adnexal area during the gynecological examination, this is considered to be an inflammatory mass. If there is no special manifestation in the blood routine and the tumor index in the tumor marker is elevated, the possibility of malignant tumor cannot be excluded and further examination is needed.
