A CT of the lungs can show chronic inflammation of the lungs. When a patient undergoes lung CT, some inflammatory shadows can be seen in the patient’s lungs, accompanied by increased density of striated, patchy or speckled shadows, at which point the imaging suggests chronic inflammation. However, the disease should not be diagnosed by lung CT alone, but should be further analyzed and diagnosed in combination with the patient’s clinical symptoms and manifestations, as well as signs and symptoms, and the progression of the disease, so as to formulate the next step in the treatment plan. If the patient has cough, sputum, dyspnea, fever and other symptoms, and the lungs hear rales on auscultation, it is generally necessary to consider that the lungs have inflammation and infection. The patient should go to a regular hospital in time to avoid delaying the condition.
