There are two possibilities for this situation, the first one is that if you have recently eaten fish or something hard, it is possible that there is indeed a local fish spike or foreign body stuck into the local mucosa, causing pain and foreign body discomfort in the throat. Secondly, if you have recently eaten something hard, the local scratch is not particularly obvious on the first day, and a small local ulcer appears on the second to third day, causing local foreign body discomfort or stinging sensation. In the first case, we should go to ENT department to find the foreign body, such as fish spike, and remove it in time; in the second case, most of the foreign bodies will recover slowly after three to five days, and generally no special treatment is needed. In general, in the case of a stuck fish spike in the throat, it is not recommended to eat too hard food and a soft diet is recommended.
