What to do if your uterus is damaged

Most of the damage to the uterus refers to the endometrial damage that leads to endometrial adhesions. In the case of adhesions in the uterus, it is recommended that the appropriate surgery be performed as soon as possible, such as hysteroscopy to separate the adhesions, and then an intrauterine device and oral supplements for three consecutive menstrual cycles, which may lead to endometrial repair. If the procedure is not performed sooner, it may lead to severe fibrosis of the damaged area and make it very difficult to separate the adhesions, so early detection and treatment is recommended. The IUD should be removed three months after the surgery. After the IUD is removed, if the menstruation has returned to normal and you want to plan a pregnancy, it is best to consider pregnancy after six months or three months.
