Difference between endometriosis and chocolate cysts

There are certain differences between endometriosis and chocolate cysts, and the main differences are as follows: first, endometriosis refers to endometrial tissue that appears outside the uterine cavity and is a lesion reaction; chocolate cysts refer to the endometrium appearing on the ovaries to form cysts, and these two diseases are produced in different locations. Secondly, chocolate cyst is a symptom of endometriosis. Although both diseases produce menstrual pain, the location of the pain is different: endometriosis is located in the pelvic cavity and produces obvious pain when having sexual intercourse; chocolate cyst patients have less obvious pain during sexual intercourse.
