Chronic active hepatitis with intestinal chemosis is divided into two conditions: chronic active hepatitis and intestinal chemosis, and the main treatments include general treatment and drug treatment. 1. Chronic active hepatitis: usually related to hepatitis B virus infection, patients will have symptoms such as fatigue, poor appetite and anorexia. After diagnosis, patients need to take bed rest and supplement the vitamins needed by the body, and if they have the habit of drinking alcohol, they need to quit in time; if the virus is in the state of replication, they should follow the doctor’s instruction to take oral antiviral drugs, such as lamivudine, entecavir, and so on. 2. Intestinal metaplasia: mainly refers to intestinal epithelial metaplasia, suggesting that the gastric mucosa is damaged. After diagnosis, oral medication should be taken to protect gastric mucosa, commonly used drugs such as aluminum thioglycollate, etc. If necessary, drugs that can eliminate gastric mucosa damaging factors, such as tripotassium bismuth citrate, etc., can be taken. Chronic active hepatitis with intestinal metaplasia is easy to become cancerous, the treatment needs to go to the hospital regularly for review, and then exclude malignant lesions through pathological examination, so as to achieve early diagnosis and early treatment.
