What are the secondary causes of secondary hypertension?

Secondary hypertension is high blood pressure secondary to a variety of specific diseases that need to be treated in order for the blood pressure to recover. There are many diseases that cause secondary hypertension, such as renal parenchymal, endocrine, renal vascular and so on.
1. renal parenchymal: hypertension is caused by renal parenchymal lesions, such as chronic glomerulonephritis, diabetic nephropathy, chronic pyelonephritis and so on.
2. Endocrine: due to adrenal abnormality, resulting in hemodynamic abnormality, thus causing hypertension, such as primary aldosteronism, pheochromocytoma, Cushing’s syndrome and so on.
3. Renal vascularity: due to renal artery stenosis, triggering a decrease in blood flow to the kidneys, thus leading to hypertension.
4. Other diseases: such as sleep apnea syndrome, aortic constriction and so on.
If you want to have elevated blood pressure, you need to exclude the possibility of secondary hypertension, and you should go to the hospital in time to avoid delaying your condition and treatment.
