Dry, red, peeling and tingling face may be a result of allergic dermatitis on the face or seborrheic dermatitis on the face. Regardless of which dermatitis appears later, due to repeated episodes may cause erythema of the skin of the face, so in turn cause local papules, and even local dryness symptoms, some inflammatory reaction is more obvious may appear local tingling symptoms.
