The process of IVF natural cycle transfer mainly includes signing informed consent, monitoring follicular development, reproductive support, embryo transfer and regular monitoring of blood HCG value changes. 1. Signing of informed consent: both husband and wife have to go to the fertility center to sign the consent form for embryo thawing and transfer first. 2. Monitoring follicular development: The follicular development of the ovaries will be monitored from around the tenth day of menstruation. When the follicle grows to about 14mm, start to measure the urine HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) test paper every day. The size of the follicle is monitored after the peak of HCG in urine or blood. 3. Reproductive support: After the follicle grows to 18-20mm or more and is expelled, progesterone is given for reproductive support. 4. Embryo transfer: transfer cleavage embryo on the third day after ovulation or blastocyst on the fifth day after ovulation, and continue to give luteal support after transfer. 5. Blood HCG test: 10-12 days after the transfer, blood will be drawn to check the level of HCG change to determine whether pregnancy. IVF is an important means of assisted reproduction. Couples with fertility needs are advised to choose regular hospitals, make choices based on their own situation, and complete the relevant examinations according to the process, so as to improve the chances of survival of IVF.
