Low spermatozoa may be related to factors such as frequent sexual intercourse and masturbation, as well as acute orchitis, varicocele and other disease factors.
For some people who have frequent sex life and masturbate a lot, the phenomenon of low spermatozoa may occur, and it will usually recover by itself after controlling the frequency of sex life.
Acute orchitis is related to pathogen infection, which often causes high fever, chills, testicular enlargement, pain and other symptoms. Since the disease will cause destruction of testicular parenchyma, it may lead to decline or loss of testicular spermatogenic function in some patients.
3. Varicocele: The etiology of varicocele is not yet clear, which may be related to venous valve insufficiency and venous return obstacle. Generally, patients have no symptoms, but the serious condition will appear on the affected side of the scrotum enlargement, accompanied by a feeling of swelling, hidden pain, and so on, and even complicate oligozoospermia, resulting in men with fewer spermatozoa.
4. Other factors: endocrine diseases such as pituitary insufficiency and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism can lead to gonadotropin release and abnormal secretion of luteinizing hormone, thus causing low spermatozoa. Epididymitis, chromosomal abnormality, cryptorchidism or nutritional deficiency, physical and chemical stimulation may also cause low spermatozoa.
It is recommended that people with low sperm count and other uncomfortable symptoms should consult a doctor for examination, and follow the doctor’s instructions after clarifying the cause of the disease, rather than using drugs indiscriminately.
