Can you take Ginseng and Atractylodes Macrocephalae Powder with cold spleen and stomach?

Ginseng Ling Bai Zhu Bai Zhu San should not be taken for spleen and stomach deficiency and coldness (spleen and stomach weakness and coldness), and should be taken with Lizhong Pill or Radix Rehmanniae Pill.
Ginseng and Atractylodes Macrocephalae Powder has the effect of strengthening the spleen and seeping dampness, and is used for reducing diet, chest and epigastric distension, dyspepsia, intestinal sounding and diarrhea, and weakness and fatigue caused by dampness of spleen deficiency. The formula uses ginseng, atractylodes, poria, Chinese yam, and lotus seed meat to strengthen the spleen and benefit the qi; and lentils, Job’s tears, and sand nuts to promote dampness and move qi. The adverse reactions and contraindications of this product are not clear.
Cold deficiency of spleen and stomach is the deficiency of yang qi of spleen and stomach, which cannot warm the body. Clinical manifestations include cold pain in the epigastric region (feeling cold pain in the stomach and abdomen), liking warmth and pressing, nausea and vomiting, not wanting to eat or drink, and loose stools. It can be treated with Lizhong Pill, in which ginseng, atractylodes, and licorice tonify the spleen and benefit qi; and dry ginger warms yang and disperses cold (warming yang qi and dispersing cold).
It can also be used in Li Zhong Wan (理中丸), which is used for the treatment of severe coldness in the spleen and stomach, with cold hands and feet, cold pain in the epigastric region, severe nausea and vomiting, and loose stools. The adverse reactions and contraindications of Lizhong Pill and Radix Rehmanniae Pill are not clear.
Patients with cold spleen and stomach need to consult a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner before taking the medication, and individuals should not use the medication on their own in order to avoid delaying their condition by using the wrong medication.
