Femoral neck fracture off-abduction exercise

If the femoral neck fracture is to be removed for exercise, first of all, the fracture must be photographed to see clear scab growth at the fracture end, and secondly, the removal of the fracture must be started for exercise, and after the film is taken, it must be seen if there is any local pressure pain or longitudinal percussion pain at the fracture end. If there is no local pressure pain or longitudinal percussion pain at the fracture end, then you can start to take off the crutches, put weight on the injured limb gradually, and start functional exercises. At the beginning, try to stand after taking off the crutches, slowly transferring the body weight to the injured limb, and then gradually start walking after being able to stand firmly. In general, it is not suitable to walk for too long at the beginning, possibly because the limb has not been exerted for a long time, and there is also leg tenderness, muscle atrophy and other situations, then it is necessary to progress gradually, regular review of the X-ray film. If there is a sudden and severe pain in the injured area, then it is necessary to consult a doctor immediately and review the x-ray to see if the fracture is displaced again.
