Purulent leukorrhea is a yellowish leukorrhea with blood or pus, usually due to vaginal infection with bacteria, mold, or trichomonas. In some cases, purulent leucorrhea is caused by cervical erosion, endometritis, or malignant tumors, resulting in purulent or purulent discharge from the vagina. If it is accompanied by symptoms such as itching of the vulva, vaginitis is caused by infection with bacteria or mycobacteria, prompt laboratory tests of the leucorrhoea and gynecological examinations are needed to confirm which germ is causing the vaginitis. If the symptoms are caused by cervical erosion, cervical TCT, HPV examination or pathological examination should be done to confirm whether there is cancer or not, and if cancer is ruled out, symptomatic treatment such as electrotherapy, freezing or laser can be used in cooperation with the doctor.
